PAYMENT
- The method of payment will be made by Credit/Debit Card (Mastercard, VISA or Amex) or electronic bank transfer.
- No cheques.
- The customer agrees to pay a 100% COD before goods are dispatched. Kindly note that no product will be released until the funds have cleared in the account of Natural Origins SA and proof of payment has been emailed to info@naturalorigins.co.za.
LEAD TIME
- Lead time is dependent on the quantity of order and availability of stock.
- The average estimated delivery period are 3 working days from time of order confirmation (funds have cleared), but may vary depending on location and courier transit times.
- If out of stock, lead time estimate is 3 weeks.
CUSTOMER PURCHASE REQUEST PROCESS
- Customer submits and pays order online via Credit/Debit card procedure.
- Or customer sends a purchase email request specifying the product to be purchased and confirming quantity. Customer must confirm if Natural Origins should include courier services, if the customer will collect their order (Collections strictly by appointment only).
- Natural Origins confirms the purchase by sending a Pro-
Forma Invoice stipulating estimated lead time, confirming quantities and pricing. - Shipment pricing if applicable: Pricing is determined by weight and volume.
- Customer effects payment on Invoice. Kindly check the invoice for any discrepancies.
- Products are prepared, packaged and dispatched for courier or collection, depending on the customer’s stipulations.
- Products are collected or shipped to the address supplied by the customer. A tracking number and estimated shipment lead time will be communicated to the customer as soon as goods are shipped.
REFUND POLICY
- The onus lies with the customer to check the quantity and condition of the goods when received. Should there be any defects; Natural Origins must be advised within 7 calendar days to investigate and if warranted, issue a credit or replacement. No cash refunds.
LIABILITY
- It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the information displayed on the invoice is correct, including but not limited to product ordered, quantity, pricing and delivery address.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of courier services if their location falls outside of main centres.
- If the products arrive late, Natural Origins cannot be held liable.
WARRANTY
- Natural Origins warrants the replacement of any defective products under reasonable circumstances – inclusive of damage or loss from the courier process.
- No replacement is warranted if the products have been modified, incorrectly stored, maintained or used by the customer.
