COACHING, HTMA AND MASTER CLASSES

HTMA Orders are inclusive of delivery to the laboratory in the USA.  Order pricing is subject to change at any time due to dependency on courier fee variations.  In such case the client will be advised ASAP and the remainder of the funds are due before the shipment can continue.

PAYMENT

  • The method of payment will be made by Credit/Debit Card (Mastercard, VISA or Amex) or electronic bank transfer or Paypal.
  • No cheques.
  • The customer agrees to pay a 100% COD before services are honored. Kindly note that no product will be released until the funds have cleared in the account of Natural Origins SA and proof of payment has been emailed to info@naturalorigins.co.za.  

LEAD TIME

  • Lead time is dependent on calendar availability for appointments and HTMA returns are subject to the lead time of the Labs.  
  • The average estimated result return period for HTMA’s are 7-14 days from time of order confirmation (funds have cleared), but may vary depending on your location, courier transit times and Lab’s lead time.  

REFUND POLICY

  • No refunds for digital services.  

AFFILIATES

Natural Origins sell affiliate products for a small commission.  All affiliate products sold via the Natural Origins website is subject to the Affiliate’s terms and conditions.  Shipping will be managed by the Affiliate and is subject to their terms, rates and costs.  We only endorse products that are fully aligned to our quality standards.

LIABILITY

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the information displayed on the invoice is correct, including but not limited to product ordered, quantity, pricing and delivery address.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of courier services where indicated.
  • If the products arrive late, Natural Origins cannot be held liable.

WARRANTY

  • Natural Origins cannot warrant the replacement of any defective products, damage or loss from the courier process.  It is the client’s responsibility to ensure adequate insurance is taken out for their HTMA shipments.  
  • No replacement is warranted for digital products or services.
